Loved this week’s reflections, Nadia. It reminds me when I was dancing every spare hour of the day. Only the dancers whom the teachers considered capable of improving received critiques. I think about that a lot as a professional- if people are sharing feedback with you, it’s because they see the potential and want the more. It’s a pretty powerful mindset change, for both sides.
